Grower in Essex (Colchester area) looking to sell 8 tonnes of Bacchus fruit from 0.8Ha vineyard. Approximately 3t of this fruit originates from clay and the remaining 5t from a rich loam with sand over clay. The fruit has previously won awards. The fruit is picked into Dolavs and averages 80°oe and 6.5g/l TA, though the grower is willing to farm the fruit to whatever degree of quality is required. This fruit is hand harvested, with a date of around late August / early September.
