Grower in Essex looking to sell 6t of Chardonnay from 2Ha of vineyard. The lot consists of multiple clones – 548 (50%), 121 (22.5%) and 76 (27.5%). Sugars taken on 25-08: 548=75°oe; 121=65°oe; 76=71°oe. Last year’s crop reached 90°oe and 9.5g/l TA. This vineyard was planted in 2023, so still not quite at full production. Fruit is picked into Dolavs and is grown on clay.
