Product details:
Grower based in Monmouthshire looking to sell circa 975 litres of Pinot Noir (red) from the 2025 harvest. Wine currently being held in tank at a contract winery in Herefordshire. It has been sat on 10x Nobile Intense Oak Staves for 3 months (as at Jul 26). Ripe, dark fruit and spicy oak on the pallet. Currently unfiltered and unfined. Not currently heat / chill stabilised. Specifics are as follows:
