Winegrower in Kent looking to sell approximately 7,900 bottles of Divico 2024 (in duty suspension). The fruit was hand-harvested on 9th and 10th October 2024 at c. 68°oe and then fermented on skins for 13 days. 100% MLF. 100% SS. Wine is vegetarian and vegan.
Latest analysis is as follows:

TA – 6.2g/l
ABV – 12.1%
Malic – 0.2g/l
Gluc / fruc – 0.3g/l
