Very reputable sustainable grower in Kent looking to sell circa 11 tonnes of Bacchus, clone GF1 on R/S SO4. Yield is around 7t/ha, and average sugars and acids are: 71°oe and 9.57g/l TA, respectively. The soils are predominantly comprised of greensand.
The vines are spur pruned to encourage smaller berries and bunches. Hand leaf stripped. This lot is MACHINE HARVESTED.
